Special Requirements: Please remember to bring your swimming costumes for the use of the facilities. (Outside spa pool, relaxation deck, garden, sauna, steam room, ladies Jacuzzi)

We do provide disposable underwear if you were to visit the Pyramid Day spa without one, however they are at a cost of R20.00 per unit.

Food and Beverages are available and can be ordered if required.

Should you require Halaal OR Kosher catering, please advise us, a min of 24 -48 hours in advance, as our Halaal & Kosher food is outsourced. (* there may be a surcharge fee for special catering requirements)

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.

Booking terms and conditions:
We require a 50% deposit within 48hrs after your booking is made in order for confirmation of your booking. If you were to postpone your booking we will further need the remainder/ balance of the treatments value, to move or postpone it to another date. You are liable to abide by the cancellation policy. Kindly email or fax your proof of payment once payment has been done to 086-6797478.
Upon receipt of your 50% deposit we will email you the confirmation of your booking.

Please note that we have a 24hour cancelation policy. Should you need to change, postpone or cancel your booking kindly do so 24hours prior to your scheduled time.

Please be advised that if you cancel or postpone your booking either less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; or on the day, you will be liable for a cancellation fee, which is fifty percent of your full treatment value. If you would like to move your booking to another date, kindly advise us 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

You are only allowed to change the date of your booking once. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your deposit being redeemed.

If you were to have moved booking once to another date, and cannot commit to the date, then unfortunately we will have to redeem the full payment.

Should a refund be required you will be liable for a 7% transaction fee or alternatively have the option to allow us to allocate your deposit to your Pyramid account for your future visit.

Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Sundays : 8:30am to 4:30pm
Hapi in-spa Dining : Tuesday to Sunday : 8:30 – 5pm
